BASEMENT WORKS
We are pleased to introduce ourselves as a highly experienced specialist in the construction of major basement structures. We have constructed many multilevel basements and ave always completed our works within the required schedule. Our team of engineers and field personnel have the experience working within the constraint and limitations and various type of soil and we are capable of offering he most viable and economical earth retaining structures necessary for a safe and feasible construction.

BUILDING WORKS
We have the equipment, resources and experience to build buildings from low rise to high rise developments, covering office blocks, factories, warehouses, residential as well as special purpose built buildings. We approach each and every project with active participation by providing consultancy based on our experience . Planning and progress of works are carried out with amalgamation and consideration for all trades and services as a while unit to ensure minimal disruptions, enabling timely completion of works.

SHOPPING & RETAIL COMPLEXES
With a fleet of modern plant and equipment backed by a team of highly experienced personnel and subcontractors, we are proud to have built 2 major shopping and retail complexes in Malaysia, the Seremban Parade and Endah Parade in the capacity of Main Works Contractor and Main Contractor respectively. We have also built the foundation and basement structure for both the Mahkota Parade and Berjaya Megamall.

PILE FOUNDATION
We have the capacity to carry out driven displacement pre cast reinforced concrete pile foundation including design and construct. We own a fleet of piling frames equipped with new BSP hydraulic hammers as well as a pre cast reinforced concrete square pile casting factory. We keep high stocks of piles ranging from 1500mm to 400mm in size. For sufficiently large volumes of piles, we are able to cast the piles on site utilizing our modular casting operations thereby providing substantial savings to our clients by eliminating the cost of transportation from the factory to the site.

RAFT FOUNDATION
Being another major field of our construction expertise, we have completed a 7000 cubic meter concrete pour in one cast for a raft with a thickness of 3.5 meters utilizing 6 concrete pumps, five storey below street level. To date we have constructed Pile Raft foundation for seven blocks of 24 storey condominiums. We have the skills, technical expertise and experience to construct raft foundations which ensures the performance of the foundation designed for.
