An advocate for trying out new technology, he has been instrumental in steering the company in its continued growth and triumph through investment in new construction plant and equipment. His astuteness and knowledge gained over the years has been invaluable in key and crucial decision making.
Ong Kai Choon, is credited with building up the company from the inception of the company . With more than 50 years experience in the field, he has led and steered the company into varied sectors of construction which is reflected in the list of successfully completed projects built by the company. Under his astute management, the company has grown from a sub-structure contractor to a major player in the construction industry whereby we are capable of undertaking multi million ringgit project that covers foundations, sub-structures as well as super-structure works for industrial, commercial and retail buildings. His wide experience in the construction field ensure timely completion of works in a safe working environment on all of the projects built by the company.
Haw Beng Wah, received his tertiary education in England and obtained a post graduate Masters degree in Construction Management. With more than 33 years of experience in the construction field, he is responsible for major corporate expansion strategies, company business development direction, actively involved monitoring of daily on-site operations, accredited for the restructuring of the company's management systems and procedures to meet the increasing demand for efficiency due to yearly increase in turnover and diversity of projects carried out. Despite continuous expansion of the company, he perpetually managed and maintained a strong financial record for the company. With his direction, he has introduced modern management approach to the overall operations of the company as well as in the implementation of projects carried out by us.
Ong Tien Ling, was educated and trained as a Civil Engineer in Australia and obtained a honours degree in Civil Engineering from Melbourne University. Equipped with an exposure and training in the latest Engineering technology and expertise, he has introduced new approaches to our construction projects with the use of system formwork and the provision of technical solutions to all aspects of the projects carried out by the company.
Haw Wei Sheng, trained and educated in the field of Finance & Economics brings fresh input in terms of business operations methods and risks assessment. He manages and develop the company's human capital that pushes productivity growth and innovations in operations methods.
Lim Hock Tee, joined the company in 1994 in the capacity of General Manager. He graduated from University Malaya in 1986 with an Honors degree in Civil Engineering. As a member of IEM and a Professional Engineer, he has provided technical guidance and management for all of the company projects for more than two decades and continues to do so. With more than 30 years of experience in the construction field, his depth of knowledge in Contract Administration and Project Management provides the leadership and direction in delivering projects in compliance with the requirements of our Clients.
